The book includes three short essay pieces and five poems by William Faulkner as well as "Ultimately" a poem by Ernest Hemingway which is found on the back cover.

The book is near fine in thick textured wrappers with red and black decoration. There are no previous owner markings and the binding is tight. The book is housed in the publisher's original slip case which shows wear and is rare to find.
